I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, but the lounge atmosphere was lacking that special touch. The service was exceptional, particularly at the lounge with its stunning view of Montreal. The location was superb, offering easy access to many attractions without the need for a car. The dining experience was good, but with some room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were excellent, starting with a suite that had an attached living room. The service was very welcoming and accommodating when I needed extra items. The location was perfect for my visit, especially for a meeting at the US Consulate. The dining experience wasn't the best, but I found a good breakfast spot nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with great value for money.

Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready at 3:00 pm, and it turned out to be a bit small; however, it was a cozy standard double bed space with a small sitting corner featuring two chairs. The service, while extremely rude in the lobby and at valet, redeemed itself with a great experience overall, boasting good amenities, an updated and nice lobby. The location was excellent, ideal for those needing to catch an early morning train, close to shopping areas and the Bell Centre. The dining options offered good value for money, especially with an awesome stack of pancakes available in the lobby.
